Workshop description:

In my classes, I share a journey through the diversity of movement, influenced by the rich tradition of Colombian folklore and guided improvisation. I have learned that the ability to move in different ways is not only a form of expression but also a gateway to opportunities in various companies around the world. This versatility allows for adaptation to different dance styles, and now I wish to share these tools so that each person can discover their possibilities on the path of movement.



Biography:

Falciony Patiño, born in Funza, Colombia, began his dance training at the age of seven with the folk group Zaquesazipa. He studied contemporary dance at the Academia Superior de Artes de Bogotá (ASAB) and was part of the Orkeseos ensemble. In 2009, he moved to Toronto, joining Ballet Creole.
