Workshop with Rulan Tangen

Rulan offers a movement engagement for all bodies with Earth Body: invites movement of the body as Earth. Our eco-somatic connection becomes grounded in multi-sensorial imagination, memory, observation, and intuition. We will collectively sense ourselves within place, deepening connection and compassion with ourselves and each other and the worlds of the organic, mythic, cosmic and invisible.
